    Well run but employee satisfaction in pay and benefits is on the low side.

    Great benefits and strong leadership. Location is optimal and schedule flexible.

    Weekly trainings on different aspects of Project Management
    Work is regional instead of size so you get to work on a variety of projects

    Cons

    Groups are large so one on one time with manager can be limited

    Pros

    Good pay and benefits. Good employer savings program. Military vet friendly and actively recruits for them. I highly recommend the company for that alone.

    Cons

    Scheduling can be hectic when blending season is going on but a necessity. Expect regulations can make the future even more burdensome.

    Be more proactive

    Work alone with minimum supervision which allows you to feel empowered to make decisions.

    Doesn't feel much like the Team environment it used to.

    Pros

    My department was small and well managed. I had plenty of growth opportunities and a diverse foundation of experience when I left. The work could be challenging but I had great support.
    Soild benefits.
    The company was dedicated to avoiding layoffs when oil prices tanked.

    Cons

    Inter-department communication could definitely use improvement.
    Safety is the top priority but after that it all comes down to the bottom line.

    Pros

    Good Benefits and helpful knowledgeable work force

    Cons

    People that are not qualified for promotion gets promoted due to politics; and upper management does not care about this. If one complains to HR, nothing happens.

    Advice to Management

    When people are leaving a particular group after a new director has been appointed, please examine the root cause.
