        employer is located in a centralized location

        Cons

        Salary and management are horrible. Place is loaded with Trump based supporters. No vertical development unless you belong to "good ole boy system." You are overworked and required to work many of your days off. This is the place to be if you do not care about your career.

        What is the point of us trying to help in this area since they never listened to us employees?

          Pros

          Benefits, pension plan, can wear jeans every day in the office, 401(K) plan. Small office feel, but know you are working for a very large company.

          Cons

          Attendance points system. You get 1/2 point if you are late and a full point if you call in sick. After three points, you are written up. You feel that any little mistake you make, you will be let go. When you bring up this concern to management, the answer is, "Yes and it's happened before." People are afraid to go to work at the Argo terminal.

          Advice to Management

          HR needs to look at the policies across the entire organization and make it the same for everyone. Get rid of the points system at Argo. They are one of the only terminals who has this. I think it is illegal to have hourly employees working 8 - 4 with only a 1/2 hour lunch and not allowed to take breaks. If you take a break, you have to work until 4:30 pm. This situation needs to be fixed.
