It has great hours. It is great working with parents and children. It offers great discount programs for employees like internet discounts etc. Also if you are seeking a creative and fulfilling job this is it!
Cons
You need to work hard for advancement but it can happen if you truly want to be there. You have to be on time for the company depends on ratio and it is important. If you are not the "on time" person that will be one of the cons.

Pros
Love working with the children and the families are great. Most of the teachers are very nice and great to work with. Great for getting expierience but not for a life long career.
Cons
No pay raises, Beginning pay rate goes up over time but people who have been there years are still at the low pay the started with, lots of favoritism and cliques, all feedback is negative, never seem to be able to do enough to make management happy, something is always still wrong

Excellent curriculum created by experts in their respective fields. Outside play areas are lovely and well maintained. Teaching aids are well supplied.
Cons
Centers that take in special needs children do not offer additional training for teachers working with these children. Directors are ' Sovereign in their kingdom'. They are allowed to make up any rules they want. One Kindercare changes drastically from the next depending on the moods/ beliefs of the directors.
