    Pros

    Depending on your supervisor, you have reasonable freedom to choose your hours and schedule. Pay is decent, although benefits are not.

    Cons

    Unreasonable productivity standards and paperwork. Pressure to compromise ethics for productivity and Medicare/insurance reimbursement. Sub-par benefits package.

    Advice to Management

    Provide better training and support to employees. Transition focus and emphasis from productivity to ethical therapy practices. Employees burn out quickly due to lack of support and lack of respect for their clinical decision-making.

    Pros

    The staff worked together well and everyone was concerned with the patients .The therapy team except for our supervisor was very nice. We all worked together great as a team as did all of the nursing staff.

    Cons

    Management in the company is horrible. They say they care about staff but never listen to them. They call meetings and ask for ideas to improve things but nothing is ever done. Management just continues to push for numbers and doesn't care about the patients at all. It makes it very hard for people who do care about the people we are taking care of

    Advice to Management

    Management needs to pay attention when everyone keeps quitting and start to wonder why. Maybe start listening to your staff or ask them why all their colleagues quit. Like I said, management does not listen to anyone and does not care.

    Pros

    Decent nursing staff. 3 SLP tx rooms (pro) which are barely accessible for wheelchairs and barely fit a wheelchair (con). Rehab aides.

    Cons

    Rehab positions: Extremely high productivity standards which are rarely obtainable. Horrible scheduling system. Hand written documentation. Rehab Program manager is extremely passive agressive. Rehab (corporate management and program manager) not knowledgeable regarding SLP duties and does not wish to become so. Program manager has actually verbalized that she thinks SLPs are a pain. Nashua, NH building is huge.
