    Pros

    Excellent PT/OT staff!!
    Great wound Care Nurses!

    Cons

Local of support to marketing staff. I worked loyalty for 12 years and during work related injury that took almost a whole year to heal there was no position for me to return to.

    Advice to Management

PR team gets hit by accounts admin and CMs with rumors about Kindrd that end up true, PLEASE PREPARE THEM-trust them to hold it in. If you expect loyalty you should give it.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

There are no pros to working at Kindred Sugar Land Hospital other than the fact that you receive a paycheck.

    Cons

Short staffed (this is done on purpose to cut costs)
    Poorly trained staff
    No accountability among staff
Poor patient care and poor patient outcomes.
    No one seems to care

    Advice to Management

Your bad employees are running off your good employees. Get rid of all of your nursing supervisors (except on Filipino Supervisor that works at night) and start over with people that are trained clinicians and actually know how to manage staff. Holding staff accountable and promoting teamwork.
