Patient to staff ratio, easy , good pay.
Cons
The DON didn’t really do a lot of anything to help staff, you can only get help from certain people , they finished the rest of my training with someone in MY orientation class(who never worked there before), unorganized, the nurses don’t care about the people and want you to do all of their vitals even though they had time because they had 4-6 patients a piece and they were rude if you didn’t get vitals on THEIR time.
