    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Kindred Hospital NorthShore full-time

    Pros

The workers are great and truly care for the patients

    Cons

The management team cared more about the numbers and not the patients.

    Advice to Management

Stop looking for scapegoats. If your team is not bringing in enough patient don't blame other staff who have nothing to do with convincing people to come to your facility.

    Cons

Benefits lacking, annual increase was capped at 1 % and for the previous 2 yrs freeze on annual raise, tuition reimbursement poor, high turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

    None
