    Pros

    My hourly pay is great. The hiring process was easy - they were desperate for staff. Overtime and bonus pay is always available.

    Cons

    Working here is just like high school. There are cliques, gossiping, and supervisors give special treatment to specific people. I have no job security even though I do my job well. Administration is sneaky with there desire clean house and there actions resulted in over 60 medical staff quitting. I don't feel appreciated or valued despite all my hard work and long hours.

    Pros

    Flexible schedule, decent pay and benefits.

    Cons

    Work lasts well into your home time and you spend hours documenting on your own time. I was working at night and throughout the weekend without pay. Too much work for one person and no support from management.

    Pros

    Atmosphere is great and the people with small exceptions are very friendly and willing to help out. The facility is nice, has a great cafeteria gym and parking downtown. Work hours are flexible and the company is very family oriented

    Cons

    They do a poor job at training, the staff is overstretched and cannot manage to train, management seems oblivious to this. There is alot of downtime it seems like often times there's alot of work but nobody is working on it. The communication even on the one floor is poor and sometimes nonexistent amongst functional groups. Bad retention rate and little mobility

    Pros

    The corporate office is very nice and in a great location. The salary was pretty good and the working hours were consistent. All of the employees I dealt with were very well qualified.

    Cons

    Being a large company, things moved pretty slow, and there was a lot a red tape.

    good immediate team members to work with

    Cons

    corporate does not understand need of employees. low hours and even there are hours push you to flex off and strict policies that change all the time. constant miscommunication of policies and rules. inadequate training. high productivity requirements

    Pros

    There was plenty of independence in your job are and management was willing to work on the floor and around your schedule. There was always plenty of opportunities for extra shifts.

    Cons

    Always worked short no matter what day of the week it was. There was a lack of training and leadership. The turnover rate was crazy therefore it lacked morale, upbeat motivated employees, and organization/support. There was a lack of senior staff because of the stress of working short and long hours
