    Pros

the product and services provided are second to none. You feel good about how you are helping others

    Cons

leadership doesn't always lead, oftentimes dictates even on to the local level. felt micro-managed.

    Pros

The department that I was employed under was an excellent department, and have excellent managers.

    Cons

They moved around 55 jobs to a shared service center in Budapest, and many of us lost our positions.

    Advice to Management

I hope that all of the departments will share the same strong ethics that my managers have and had, and will remain open minded to hiring individuals with prior KCI experience.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

401k, field reps and clients professionalism, multiple shifts with differentials, location, good product and results

    Cons

Unprofessional hostile work place in Advantage Center
Lack of Team Work among all depts and Corp Ofc
    Favortism only way promoted
    Undesirable salaries for experienced

    Advice to Management

Need to look long and hard at the Advantage Centers Mgmt indiscretions and unprofessional business practices with employees that clearly sabotage the company as a whole. Your Mgmt promotes and fires based solely on favortism and creates a hostile work place They are far from team players and theirs a constant "Civil War" between recert and ship pending thats a major cause of lost revenue and business to KCI and the field reps. NEW Blood is needed throughout depts and age along with the favortism plays a major factor in the unprofessionalism and lack of good work ethics amongst mgmt. The once loyal moral business practice of promoting within is being abused by your current mgmt who is using favortism NOT experience or exemplary work ethic as basis. Key is the fact that they are young, immature professional wanta be's with no other career experience or ideals other than what Has been passed down at KCI because they hv never had another job since highschool. Hope this enlightens you to a serious problem and factor in causing KCI to be an undesirable work place and downward slope of growth and revenue. Also re ck the salaries offered for experienced professionals and possibly more would seek employment with your Co and turn things around.
