Management is very mindful off my needs. Training was very efficient. I love coming to work everyday. The front staff was very welcoming. The Drs are all great to work with. I recommend kinetic to anyone looking for a great place to work.

This is a small company that is owned and operated by therapists. The employers communicate, advocate, negotiate, and take care of their employees. You can tell that they care about their staff and want them to be happy.

Pros
Kinetic is a great place to work. The Co-owners have an open-door policy and are very compassionate when it comes to patients and team members. You will never "just be a number" to them. They are always trying to connect and build up the team.

Kinetic Physical Therapy and Wellness is 100% therapist owned and operated. Which makes it a family friendly and fun atmosphere to work in. The benefits and compensation are unbeatable. As a staff, great customer service is non-negotiable. When the community hears "Kinetic Physical Therapy" they know they are going to be taken care of. This is by far the best team in Greenville, NC.

This company goes above and beyond for their staff all the time. They never hesitate to create growth opportunities, award with bonuses, and highlight staff bonding social event. The supervisors do a great job with publicly recognizing each individual to ensure that no one is being overlooked. I would recommend this company 1,000 times to anyone any day.
