Excellent training programs. Promotes from within. Very competitive salary and excellent benefits. Mid-management is great. Many jobsites where you can work throughout the company.
Doesn't hire a lot of women in the construction arena. The HR department was very stifling and unhelpful. Upper management was difficult to work with.
Lots of potential opportunities, very diverse set of customers,
chance to make a difference, state of the art equipment.
Long hours, high expectations, slow processing of travel reimbursements, sales and marketing can be very disconnected from the capabilities of engineering.
Advice to Management
Equalization of power between engineering and sales/marketing.
