    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Kinetix Technologies full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Provide good work equipment (desk, cubicle/office, computers, etc.) Small company so you can know everyone's name. Adequate pay, but not in comparison to what the company charges for work.

    Cons

Language of employees, especially CEO & COO is inappropriate. They constantly use curse words towards employees and about customers in conversation. No secured downtown parking for employees. The break room is sparse. Leadership has a tight-knit family/friendship and it's impossible to become "one of them" and they frequently use "we" and "you" language towards employees.

I have been working at Kinetix Technologies as a contractor

    Pros

Amazing leadership, especially from the CEO and COO. They have an amazing open door policy and are always willing to help.Very generous and welcoming.

    Cons

There are some department vs department issues, but that is expected in any place. Everyone remains professional and the work gets done.

    Advice to Management

Trust your instincts. In my experience working there, you've gotten it right
