Pros
King Kong carries a culture designed to enable you to become the best version of yourself in what you do. You're trusted, encouraged and empowered to get the job done. The environment is inspiring and uplifting. Nothing like it.
Cons
This place is not for the fainthearted.

Pros
Staff, skills and professional learning, room for growth, great location, great culture. Stability, work/life balance, helping businesses. Australia's leading agency. Always room to move for a hard worker. Best workplace I've ever had
Cons
The company grows fast and demands the best of itself. If you don't - won't be a fit.

Pros
- Culture is second to none - Opportunities for growth are always available - Senior management encourage and reward strong work ethic - Great incentives and company activities - Autonomous work environment - Work with the best minds in the industry
Cons
- Not enough Bananas in the fruit bowl ;)

Pros
The people and the culture are the obvious stand-outs at King Kong. A lot of care goes in to picking the right people and maintaining a healthy, fun, and friendly environment. The management in my experience is also really flexible and if there are issues there is always a lot of healthy, open discussion around how to fix them and make things even better.
Cons
This is intense and fast-paced environment for sure. For some that will be a welcome challenge and for others it might get tiring or frustrating quite quickly. Clients are demanding and expect the best, as do the staff and management. These things are not really a hard "con", but definitely something to be aware of if you're looking at joining the team.

Pros
The awesome team at King Kong is what makes it so special, and is what separates King Kong from other agencies in Australia. It's seriously amazing to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry.
Cons
Saying goodbye to your old, boring career path.

Pros
Working at King Kong has been more than what I was expecting, so far, in terms of growing, learning, and team/management support. Even in this weird lockdown situation, the company manages to get all the teams together regularly to enjoy some fun times (on Zoom). Super happy to be part of this Jungle!
Cons
None! So far so good.

Pros
The sales team is world class and we have an Amazing sales manager who we all respect and admire. That says a lot. Second to the sales manager are the actual sales troops who throw down every single day - and continue to do so even when working remote. Everything you see on YouTube is true, and then some. An amazing environment and you wouldn't be able to find anything that comes close. Recommended for anyone who wants to push themselves and see what they are all about.
Cons
Not recommended for anyone who doesn't want to do training, reading, growing in their own time. You're better to take another 9-5. Not recommended for anyone who doesn't have thick skin, or wants to develop a thick skin - Actually, better you come in with thick skin and life experience otherwise you will be eaten alive, or run the risk of fatigue.

Pros
The best at what we do, work is of a high standard, clients get amazing results. Great working environment and culture.
Cons
None except for high expectations. We are leaders when it comes to digital marketing so only look for the best people to employ. The expectations are high so that may be a negative or a 'con' for some. If you feel you're the best and can handle the heat than there is a place for you!
