Cons
The challenges are what you would expect at any agency but this is the opportunity for the individual to tackle them, to not be afraid to ask for help, training or guidance and to ultimately become great with time management, resilience, balance and taking part. You need to be invested in your craft, motivated and naturally inquisitive, it will only help you and you will be supported each step of the way. Welcome in the challenges, it's part of the magic of agency life.

Pros
The culture here at king kong is envied by most other agencies world wide. we are all passionate about digital marketing and it shows! Previously whenever i spoke to friends and family about digital marketing they would just stare blankly at me like i was speaking another language... This is now a thing of the past! I now have 80 people who are happy and even excited to talk digital marketing with me every single day! (along with normal people topics lol ) Plus the work is amazing! Seeing the impact we have on peoples lives everyday is the reason I wake up and come to work! We honestly are a team of elite marketers and I'm proud to tell people I work at king kong!
Cons
With any job you'll have bad things... at King Kong the worst thing is having to battle Sabri for the #1 table tennis player title..he's pretty good NGL!
