    Pros

    Very comprehensive university, full services, everything I need is there, professional atmosphere.

    Cons

    Nothing of that importance, many speedy cars but this is the case for most of the country

    Salary is little low compare to prices in Riyadh

    Peaceful, No taxes, Few English speaking people

    Cons

    Low paid, Discrimination, Boring, Lack of proper facilities, Bad medical

    Advice to Management

    Should not be discriminatory based on anything other than potential, performance, abilities. Increase pay scale according to inflation
