    Pros

You get paid every Friday, have a set schedule and have weekends off, depending on the campaign your on.

    Cons

Too much micro-managing, the pay really sucks!!! Absolutely no raises, unless you move up into management or a different department all-together. Still whatever you end up making for that department or position, that is ALL you WILL be making. Too many rules and regulations for a company that pays their employees a "poverty-level-wage."

    Advice to Management

Start valuing your employees alot more...raises..etc..maybe the morale of the company will change for the better.

Very dangerous area. Train service sucks if you work the late shift which is what they hire for mainly. Does not maintain communication with employees.

I have been working at King TeleServices full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

you get a set shift. it doesn't change unless the hiring company's budget get low. it's a super easy job if you're a lazy person. ANYONE can work there.

    Cons

once the budget is low they cut the morning shift hours with little notice. when on the phone for hours you cannot bring books, or other material to keep yourself occupied while taking or waiting for calls. the management like to play favorite. it's a repetitive job with no challenge.

    Advice to Management

please treat everyone equally. let the employee do more then just doodle on blank paper, it can get boring sometimes to the point were i fall asleep.
