I have been working at King TeleServices (More than a year)

    Pros

Speaking to a pleasant shareholder on the phone. Also, there are many opportunities to work overtime.

    Cons

We are very underpaid for the work we do. And it's so far from where I live, but i'm hanging in there for the experience while searching for other jobs as well. Alot of favoritism by managers. I noticed some people are getting elevated to jobs they don't deserve just bc they know a certain manager there. It is so sickening to watch.

    Advice to Management

I don't see how you're going to escape a lawsuit. I can see it coming.

    Pros

Weekly Pay & Incentives, Casual dress code Friday-Sunday but their casual is different, Basically get 2 breaks & 1 personal, lunch is 30mins, good entry level experience if you’re trying to move up in the customer service field.

    Cons

Dirty & broken Chairs/Office, Low Salary, Unprofessional People, Dont expect 40hours a wk, its only part-time hours unless alot of people call out or leave & they give out an extra day

    Advice to Management

Micro-Management is their way of passing time, Need to let the City know to stop Cutting employees Hours ! Stop lying to employees about Hours
