I worked at King's Fish House part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great money as a server/food runner.
Short hours and good chance for more shifts because people release their shifts often.
They are usually understandable with school schedules and can give a good amount of unpaid days off.
Hosts - decent amount of tips
    - Hours are almost relative to server hours.
    - Lots of shifts available. (people release a lot of their shifts)

Depending on how hard you are willing to work, you do move up at a decent pace.

    Cons

    Unfair management.
Doesn't seem like management knows when to manage their emotions properly.
    HIGH TURNOVER AFTER RENOVATION.
    Very, very strict and stressful.
    Nice managers don't last.
    A lot of drama.
Managers take notes on your flaws rather than are supportive.

    Advice to Management

Please stop scaring the new and nice managers away. They don't last too long. If you have a problem with us, please say so, don't passive-aggressively hate on us from afar.

    Pros

Communicative managers generally, decent enough perk system

    Cons

Inflexibility in scheduling, building itself, company often seems focused on fixing certain minutae(apron color) and ignoring the fact that sewage lines filled with feces regularly back up into the kitchen drains.

I have been working at King's Fish House full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay is great, co-workers are friendly, short hours

    Cons

Management does not recognize as much as they should, in my opinion. The management is primarily concerned about sales and what you can do to increase their revenues and bonuses.

    Advice to Management

Buy your employees meals here and there. Show more appreciation for those who are working doubles to cover for you. More appreciation for workers.
