I have been working at Kings Island part-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

The management is great (at least in Park Services), and the hours are super flexible! There's an app that you can use to meet all your scheduling needs. Plus, if you request a day off on time, there's a 99% chance they'll give it to you. You can work extra hours if you want (up to 60 per week), and the people there are great! You'll make friends.

    Cons

The food in the break room gives off a 'risk of food poisoning' vibe, if you don't like being outside in the heat all day, this isnt the place for you. If you can't handle cleaning up body fluids, this isn't the place for you.

I have been working at Kings Island part-time for more than a year

    Pros

People are nice You make a lot of friends Earn a lot of money

    Cons

Hours are outrageous for a 17 year it's around 40 hours, so not that bad. However once you hit 18. They try to schedule you for as close to 70 hours as possible. This job will consume your summer. You are not allowed to stand or sit. You can only walk in the hot sun, and you only have one break. Zero flexibility in schedule.

    Advice to Management

Please only give all day shifts as an option. Also please try to make schedules around 40 hours.
