    Pros

Salary is fine Good training for graduates NFP managers and partners are very approachable and helpful

    Cons

Very boozy atmosphere - always felt that the boozy "lads" were favoured and if you weren't a big drinker you were looked down upon Very cliquey on the 4th floor Terrible holiday allowance City office is a bit of a shovel Managing partners don't seem to care much

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Kingston Smith full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The work is interesting and challenging and they put on drinks after work on Friday

    Cons

Staff are overworked and undervalued. Partners and managers don't take responsibility for when things go wrong. The city office is not fit for purpose - the office is not in a great location and the air-conditioning doesn't work.

I worked at Kingston Smith full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Can not think of anything

    Cons

Probably the worst accounting Firm in London. Located in the middle of a council estate. The private client partners are technically incompetent and rely preparing a mass amount of simple tax returns for UK clients. Offshore tax knowledge and experience within the private client team is virtually non existent. Be careful of the partners and mentality as they are ready to throw you under the bus.
