I worked at Kinleigh, Folkard & Hayward full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Very competitive basic salary Decent earnings potential Nice offices to work from Some friendly and supportive work colleagues. Administrative support from my assistant was fantastic.

    Advice to Management

I worked at Kinleigh, Folkard & Hayward full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Basic salary is very good, nice offices and staff are brilliant. If you're a salesperson you will enjoy working here.

    Cons

The organisation is lacking structure, have no direction in terms of progression or the company in general. Haphazard at times.

    Advice to Management

Look after your employees or they will leave for greener pastures
