    Pros

A company car and maintenance plan (you can change your tyres frequently at no extra cost).

    Cons

Terribly Managed. A "do as I say but not as I do" management culture. You work every Saturday and your holidays are at your manager's discretion.

    Advice to Management

HR training should be introduced for senior members of staff. Spell check is free.

I have been working at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward full-time for less than a year

    Pros

good earning potential. Lots of opportunity to access other office stock so agents are not confined to selling only properties instructed to their branch. Majority of staff are friendly and helpful although there are a few sharks!

    Cons

The company do not motivate those or help those not hitting targets. The forced change in commission structure has taken from the hard earning and given to the underperforming encouraging a very average work force. Working hours are very long compared to competitors. The company is a bit backwards in some aspects- no company phones or access to emails out of the office. Management are rigid and awkward when it comes...

    Advice to Management

Get with the times when it comes to technology! Consider the wellbeing of your employees as a key aspect to increasing productivity and motivation, naming and shaming in memos is not encouraging or helpful. Piling pressure onto branch managers and formulating unrealistic targets which are filtered down to negotiators is not motivating.
