    I worked at Kinray full-time

    Pros

There are no pros that I can think of

    Cons

    - Salary was low - they recruited for employees with a ton of experience to pay them very little and use 10% of what their existing knowledge base and add no additional training
    - Management was only in it for themselves- they didn't respect or value their employees
    - They took away holidays that fell on weekends
    - HR Manager did not know what she was doing - tried to be everyone's friend rather than a HR Manager

Management needs a lot work. Some managers have horrible attitudes and they do not know how to properly communicate with employees. Favoritism! Employees are easily disposed of before the probation period if a manager does not personally like them.
