I have been working at Kipe Technology full-time (Less than a year)
Good admin staff, painless on-boarding process and setup. Decent medical if you are single. No issues with payroll or integration with client.
No paid holidays, sick days, vacation days. Very poor communication during transition time to Xtreme Consulting who is buying the company. Little interest from management about my actual job - I don't think they have any idea what I do for them. They keep a pretty big chunk of the client pay for themselves, especially considering the limited benefits they provide.
Advice to Management
Add some basic benefits, and take some interest in the work your employees do for your clients. The transition to Xtreme Consulting is handled poorly. There is growing mistrust and frustration among the employees. All we hear seem to hear is "relax - it will be ok". But as of yet, no real info about what is going on (except that we will not be getting the same benefits their current employees are getting).
