I have been working at Kisinger Campo full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Have loved working here from Day 1 and continue to love it. You're a person at KCA and not just a profit center or a tool to make money, churn out plans, etc

    Cons

Because we don't have the huge corporate structure, I sometimes have to wear a lot of hats, which can be good or bad based on the day.

Good company, we weren't a good mutual fit

I didn't mesh well with the team

    More training for new hires

I worked at Kisinger Campo as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

It was a great working environment. The office atmosphere was the perfect balance of casual and professional. The structures department all got along with each other, and every Friday someone was bringing breakfast for the whole department. It was a really enjoyable experience.

    Cons

I wasn't there long enough to really have any negative comments. I was only an intern for a few months.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Kisinger Campo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great environment to learn with many knowledgeable superiors who are willing to teach the ins and outs of the industry. Though each branch is different, all have great knowledge of the industry and pull from each others strengths to make a solid team. The salaries are on par with the rest of CEI firms throughout Florida and are not great but definitely not at the bottom either.

    Cons

Most employees are Lifer's, which is not bad but hard to advance. However because of the lack of advancement, when a promotion is given, their is no doubt in my mind that the employee will have experienced almost everything due to how long he or she had been stagnant in their previous positions.

    Advice to Management

Great managerial staff and support system. However, just like anywhere, if you want to keep great employees, fair compensation is a must.

I worked at Kisinger Campo (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Teams are very friendly and generates a sense of family
    - Management is not afraid to give you responsibility and take the time to train and develop employees
    - Work-life balance is excellent. Long hours are appreciated when a deadline is approaching but by no means expected.
    - Ridiculous amounts of cake. Seriously.

    Cons

    - This company has a low turnover rate. While this may not seem like a con, it makes moving up in the company seem impossible when you are in a small department and there are 4 people with more time invested with no intention of leaving.
    - Pay and raises were not the most competitive.

    Advice to Management

Look into providing more competitive pay to college graduates to avoid frequent turnover of new hires.
