I worked at Kitsy Lane full-time

    Pros

Nice office location and jewelry discount was good. Attitudes of coworkers were often not very good.

    Cons

It was often a loud and angry environment. People often worked on very tight deadlines.

    Advice to Management

Nothing of substance, since the company is closed. It closed in 2015 I believe.

I have been working at Kitsy Lane part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Building your own boutique, being your own boss, they have excellent training webinars, great products, no-hassle selling, all online.

    Cons

You don't make a lot of money. It's purely based on sales commissions, I've only sold to one customer and I've been spending a lot of time on my boutique and setting up a facebook page for it, advertising all over the place. It's tough to get a sale.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing! :)

I do not have any cons to report at this time nor do I foresee any negativity in the future.
