I have been working at Kiwee full-time

    Pros

Kiwee is not only about software, it is also about people. You don't need to worry about being treated like a workforce here. The CEO simply cares for people and animals.
It is a small company that can feel like home.
There is garden in the office that you can work in.
There are fruits and good coffee available.
There is no problem getting the hardware and accessories you need, you just ask for it. We work with MacBooks.
The work hours are really flexible, there is no problem if you need to go to a doctor, you just let people know and do what you need to do.
    There is no overtime.
    You can work remotely.
    People are super nice.
Employees come from many different countries, so you can get to know other cultures too.
There are dogs and cats in the office. That's a good thing if you like them.

    Cons

There are dogs and cats in the office. I think it's worth to mention, because it may be a problem if someone is allergic (but then again, they can work remotely).

I have been working at Kiwee full-time

    Pros

Kiwee is an absolutely unique workplace. It's a peaceful, stress-free and full of mutual respect space. The culture of the open discussion helps us to improve and adjust anytime it's needed. The beauty of Kiwee lays in the human-centered approach. And this is why I've chosen to be and to remain a part of the Kiwee team. If you can imagine the opposite side of the corporate hectic rush, it's Kiwee :)
Plus if you're passionate about your work - you can be sure you will get all support you need to become the expert!

    Cons

As far as I would love to leave a comment here I need to say another positive thing - all problems are quickly solved no matter if it's a personal/technical/logistic/any other issue.

    Advice to Management

Kiwee is growing - please be extra careful during the process. As the team grows, it will be easier to see a crowd instead of individuals. To me, your personal approach is the biggest value!
