I have been working at Kmart part-time

    Pros

I love the customers and they love me too. I enjoyed helping them save money with coupons and enrolling them into our shop your way rewards program.

    Cons

I disliked the lack of professionalism with my former coworkers and unfortunately this made things pretty awkward for me because I was customer friendly and many of them weren't. It was quite dramatic with some of the cashiers who were always discussing drama and their personal lives at work.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is to stop gossiping with the front end employees and do your job professionally.
