The thing I appreciated most is Knauf's dedication to the environment, recycling, and sustainability.
Cons
It is like going back to middle school with full grown adults. The culture is driven by the typical middle school mean girls and bullies. Opportunity, promotions, and even some benefits like volunteer time off are reserved for the "in crowd". Actual numbers and performance metrics are often skewed to tell the story they want to tell rather than reflect true performance. Knauf says that "people" is a must win battle, but their actions reflect the opposite.

Payday is consistent and benefits are decent. Great place if you don't think for yourself or question bad management practices.
Cons
Just a deeply horrible group of managers. Nasty group of people that make each other worse. Company should have cleared this bunch a long time ago but decided promotions and putting them in charge was a better option. Do not believe the posters. Believe the reality. If you are new it will be OK for a little while. Once you are old hat you can suffer with the rest of us. If they're speaking they're either putting you down or using you.
