Nice if you like working on Solidworks all day Good job stability if you're good at Solidworks Comfortable as long as you meet or beat deadlines accordingly Good place to start if you're looking to just be a designer

Small team so there's a lot of work Management is only now starting to realize how much goes into design Data Storage is only now starting to get organized, you need to do a lot of searching to find the documents or files you need Bad reputation among previous engineering teams at the company puts a lot of stress on the current one regardless of the different people General poor morale Low opportunity for advancement, it's given as needed it seems.

Cons

All upper management should be replaced. They are unrealistic and have no idea what they are doing and don’t care about any of there employees. They want you to work tons of overtime with no compensation and say if you care you would do it. They only want yes men in authority positions and place people with no back bone in charge.
