I enjoyed working at Knight. The only issue was long hours. They expect everyone to work a minimum of 10 hour days, 5 days week. Also if weekend issues arise you need to get involved.

You stay busy throughout the day so the day is short.. Corporate officials try and micro manage areas that are supposed to be under your control. Decision making processes are micro managed

You will be expected to work long hours and to be available 24/7. Which means giving up your lunch on Fridays in hopes that you can get home before your kids go to bed.
