    Pros

Great pay, benefits, daily pay option, time off when needed, many different driver options, nice equipment, no forced dispatch to NE. Great bonus incentives.

    Cons

I really don't have ant complaints...they were real good to me. They always worked with me and gave me plenty of miles. I was never bored, never sat except when it was time for a restart.

    Pros

stays on top of maintenance, has terminals where you can always find a parking place, and a shower. most of the terminals had friendly employees and staff. Plenty of miles, no forced dispatch, truly. Love the daily pay option.

    Cons

Sitting duck policy is stupid, DM act like little kids sometimes with their moodiness and bad attitudes. Will screw you out of your bonuses if they can. Difficulty getting home. All of these things are no different than most other companies though. KC,KS terminal management team sucks.

    Pros

Good place to start. Lots of miles to run and no forced dispatch

    Cons

Not enough empty trailers to go around. Shippers are allowed to use them for storage. Sometimes wasting a whole day looking for an empty trailer.

    Pros

Home time and no forced dispatch but........

    Cons

You get stuck in a truck stop or terminal. They hire tooooo many drivers and not enough loads the market manager/planner have no idea how is on the road and sometimes don't have enough time to get there or you waste 2 days Also most of the time the miles they show for the trip are less than driving miles average of 200 /week on a 2000 miles week and spend lot of time looking for empty trailer and the management DON'T CARE
