From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation. The staff at Knighted were exceptional in every way. They were not only courteous and professional but also displayed a genuine passion for providing outstanding service. I was impressed by their knowledge and willingness to assist, ensuring that my time at Knighted is noting short of perfect. One aspect that truly stood out was the wide range of learning games and entertainment options available. Knighted boasted an extensive selection of table games. The variety of options meant that there was always something to suit my preferences. The experience of staying at Knighted is top-notch. Everything is well-maintained and managed by professional bankers who ensured fair play and an immersive experience. Overall, my experience at Knighted was truly memorable. The combination of a stunning environment, and exceptional service made it an outstanding destination. I highly recommend Knighted to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience.

Easy job for good money, not physically demanding at all, a fun environment. You can move up quickly if you put in the work
Cons
Like any job, management is usually the biggest problem. Getting written up for having to go home sick is not cool. If you're in a relationship with another banker, they will put you and your partner on complete opposite shifts, which seems like a really good way to get both people to quit. You are replaceable and will be replaced as soon as they have enough new hires to do so. There are a couple supervisors who are cool, but the others seem like they are hunting for excuses to get people in trouble sometimes

They always need OT and people to work for them.

They pay their employees to leave a positive review. I was wrongfully terminated because I told them I would not continue working on a certain game without proper compensation. They cited I was “too emotional” and terminated me for it. I’d like to point out that I have a mental disability that occasionally leaves me in emotional distress, which I informed HR and my management about. I was discriminated against because of my disability. I shared my concerns with multiple supervisors and even the manager prior to this to no avail. They gave me no advice on how to progress or how to do better. There is blatant favoritism and discrimination in this business. The racism that goes on here is horrid. They do not care if you put in extra hours or go above and beyond. If you still choose to work here, I recommend keeping your head down and doing the bare minimum. They are not your friends.

Easy to get raises, the company through events here and there for the employees, 10 minutes grace period for being late, easy job with basic math, and 25% off at the restaurant and they offered over time if you need it.
Cons
Benefits for family can be expensive, it takes about 2 months for 1 day of PTO, there only 3 days out the year that are paid holidays.

Pros
After working here for a while I have come to enjoy the interactions with my coworkers and the company overall. The job is very easy to do after learning everything. I didn't have any relevant experience and after all of the paid training I was able to do everything. Because the company has an emphasis on hiring good people I enjoy working with everybody. It is very easy to earn raises and there is a clear road map to promotions for those interested in more than just the entry level positions, on top of that all management is promoted from within. It has been great working here and I am happy that I found such a supportive workplace :)

Fairly unforgiving when it comes to making mistakes. Requires dealing with a lot of people as they lose large quantities of money or who are just very concieted. Is impossible for some people depending on aptitude.
