Managers utilize employee feedback to improve the company. Top leaders care for company employees and want to see them excel. Good future potential to grow business. Very kind CEO, provides great leadership for company.

Smaller opportunities for long-term career advancement as it is still a smaller firm, yet the industry is growing. Location in Kansas City, KS, most do not live nearby facility.
