I have been working at Knorr-Bremse full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours, located away from busy Atlanta in north Cherokee County, so no traffic congestion to work. Great relationship with coworkers.

    Cons

Sometimes long hours required to meet urgent deadlines. Insurances costs have risen very high while deductibles have also risen, but this probably true for most all companies. Company is moving to NJ.

    Advice to Management

Try to improve insurance costs and coverage.

I have been working at Knorr-Bremse full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good people and good company for non india locations.Rail department is good. Truck is worst.

    Cons

Dont treat junior employees well. So much of favouritism, huge cost cutting plans at every step , engineer actual resources are less paid and people only managing Excel sheets are more paid. If you are going there you need to pull money from them. Higher attrition rate because people sitting at higher management seats are not deserving. But just joined this organisation for sake of promotion only from other companies like kpit. No trainings provided. They just don't want to spend money.annoying cost cutting ways.not employee friendly company.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees. Higher management people with powers are ridiculous and not
