I worked at Knowledge Reservoir full-time

    Pros

Training and personal growth in the petroleum industry with these people was always good. They were kind and had a teaching attitude towards others. I also was able to train and teach others on new things.

    Cons

The only thing that was difficult was having to reach dead lines. We just needed more time.

I have been working at Knowledge Reservoir as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

The pros come out of your own work ethics and hard work.

    Cons

Knowledge Reservoir cares about one thing only: their revenue.
You are on your own for anything related to the client and the work. Knowledge Reservoir is just a middle man.

    Advice to Management

Get some education and work for your own money.
