I worked at Knuckles, Komosinski and Elliot full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You will get good experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. You get a raise every year.

    Cons

Long hours, pay sucks, strict managers who can be tough on you. The client systems can be a lot to keep up with. Work hard and get the experience and move on

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Knuckles, Komosinski and Elliot full-time for less than a year

    Pros

A lot off work to cut your teeth on.

    Cons

Lack of adequate training on complex documents, backstabbing co-workers who will tell on their fellow employes to earn browning points with management. Extreme motivational methods including but not limited too threatening every paralegal with termination regardless of performance in order to scare you into accepting low pay and abuse. Guaranteed to hear "I am going to kill myself from a senior paralegal once a week early in the morning ... Nice way to start the day. Should never have taken this position to begin with after one of the Partners told me "he expects more work out of people given the state of the economy".
