Pros
Started out with hi hopes. Tried to keep the legacy of Eastman Kodak, but unfortunately also brought over management that put them in bankruptcy.
Cons
Every few months would lose benefits and expenses out of employees pocket. All will seeing no pay raises for serverl year.

In 2018 we moved into our new home at Rochester Technology Park and now have an open-concept office space with numerous employee benefits like free coffee, gym space, and a micro-market for food and beverages. We will continue to develop our employees and business objectives in 2020.

Passionate people driven to succeed. Good technology, new owner seems supportive. New leadership team appears to be a real step up.
Cons
Baggage from legacy culture of Eastman Kodak not yet gone. Rochester isn't the best place to attract new talent. Need to continue to weed out the non contributors
