    Pros

You get to explore different types of personalities in a workplace.

    Cons

Their will always be a jealousy aura in the air between kodak and top of the rock .You get less pay and work benefits compared to top of the rock employees .The management staff allows personal feelings how they treat workers. The management is horribly you don't get paid enough to deal with the companies extra drama

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Kodak Event Imaging Solutions part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Being stationed at planet Hollywood there's never a shortage of interesting people, the servers and hostesses were friendly with photographers, any leftover food was shared with photographers.

    Cons

Your photography skill don't matter. It's all about sales. AM shift was always cut short because restaurant was dead. PM shift never ended because even though no one wanted a photo people were everywhere. People would ignore you and take their own selfies at the wall

    Pros

Great job for teens and young college students looking for career in photography or extra cash

    Cons

Staying at work off the clock when the weather is bad until customers buy photos. Being sent home or not able to come in because of weather conditions or labor is too high.

I worked at Kodak Event Imaging Solutions (Less than a year)

    Pros

The other employees were nice, and coworkers bonded well to survive. The pay was above minimum wage, so you actually could earn a little bit.

    Cons

Management does not treat employees or customers with respect. Breaks have to be forced, and some shady things go on behind the scene. Instead of encouraging employees, management demoralizes them. There are also unrealistic expectation of performance (such as getting 100 photographs in an hours when less than 100 people pass by). Promotions are sometime based on personal relationships instead of talent.
You have to stand for many hours a day with nothing to do, so it's very boring. You're not really serving customers so much as startling them into doing business with you, which gets some very bad reactions sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees and customers like human beings, not dollar signs.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Kodak Event Imaging Solutions part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fellow coworkers were fun to work with and you would see famous people from time to time.

    Cons

The pay is absolutely horrible. The hours can be long. Management higher up will find a "reason" to let you go. A lot of people were stealing a lot of money.

    Advice to Management

If you were to treat your employees better in general including benefits, higher pay, incentives you wouldn't have the issues you have.

    Pros

Manager are approachable to an extent.

    Cons

Leadership is terrible, promotion wise they're not doing much for the company.

    Advice to Management

They have people who possess the qualifications if only they would promote more instead of external hirers. Whom we'd have to train excessively on how the job functions. If they really want to surpass quotas for quarters and previous years, they must learn to pay employees accordingly. a lot of employes comes and goes due to the simple fact that they're not satisfied with the amount of money they're getting payed that doesn't correspond with the load of work being handle on a daily basis.
