Outdated "top-down" management style. Completely self-centered, no interest in customer satisfaction. Current management have no strategy. Eliminating people that touch customers is the wrong approach. Eliminate 75% of upper management. They are not needed and create large drain on profits.

Being stationed at planet Hollywood there's never a shortage of interesting people, the servers and hostesses were friendly with photographers, any leftover food was shared with photographers.

Your photography skill don't matter. It's all about sales. AM shift was always cut short because restaurant was dead. PM shift never ended because even though no one wanted a photo people were everywhere. People would ignore you and take their own selfies at the wall

Great job for teens and young college students looking for career in photography or extra cash

Staying at work off the clock when the weather is bad until customers buy photos. Being sent home or not able to come in because of weather conditions or labor is too high.
