I worked at Kodak LTD. full-time

    Pros

Company improving, lost some of the older elitist style management, high retention of staff other than closures.

Do all you can to keep talented staff, and make sure true fairness and impartiality when looking at progression. Make sure managers promote or offer training to staff based on need rather than helping their friends out

    Pros

Great people with a lot of knowledge very smart and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. too many processes and too many chiefs not enough indians

    Cons

missed the market. the idea of rebuilding sales after the lost of film with a ink jet never made any sense to me. I don't know what this company can do to keep going
