I have been working at Kognitive Marketing part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Well to work with Kognitive Marketing is equivalent to work with our top clients like Canadian Tire, PC Financial, BMO. You get an exposure to the sales and improve your communication skills to talk with customers. You will learn Rapport Building, Personality Development, Professionalism skills when talking to customers.

    Cons

You have to stand & roam around the stores to talk with customers.

I have been working at Kognitive Marketing for more than 3 years

    Pros

Very flexible, and competitive wages if you're willing to work for it. I just did this job while studying and it was good for that period in my life.

    Cons

So much disorganization. And you're selling credit cards, which isn't the best job, but whatever, it paid the bills.
