      1. Low pay compared the other retailers. 2. Overworked without appreciation.

      Advice to Management

      Please, take the time out to express your appreciation and gratitude for your employees. They work HARD and it's not being entitled to just want some sort of token of appreciation every now and then. Other than that and the pay (which is completely out of your direct control) that is about it.
