I have been working at Kohler full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

This is a well-run business with diversified businesses, an appropriate focus on results, a long-term focus, while also scaling for significant growth. Every day is a new challenge. I am empowered to own initiatives and provide solutions. Leaders regularly ask for feedback and can pivot appropriately. I feel recognized and rewarded for my contributions.

    Cons

The company is embarking on some necessary culture changes that come with next generation leadership. Leaders are committed to it from the top and it is making a difference. More flexibility would be welcomed to help with balance.

    Advice to Management

Keep focus on the short-term and long-term initiatives and continue the high level of reinvestment in the business.
