I worked at Kohler (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people. Many opportunities to learn new skills as a intern. Really made sure that you enjoyed the project you were working on. Many opportunities outside of work to get to know your coworkers. Great place for employees with families.

    Cons

Slow paced. Not challenging. Messy corporate politics. Little influence unless you are in upper management. Not very progressive. How successful you are/opportunities for advancement is often determined by how much visibility you managers give you.
