Good pay, benefits, not worth it.

      Pros

Pretty good pay, excellent benefits, no supervision on the job.

      Cons

Long hours, rarely get a planned day off. Hard work, self improvement are not valued or recognized. Low-skill, lazy employees get treated the same as those who put in effort.

      Long hours

      Oct 5, 2017 - Anonymous Employee

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Plenty of overtime available, personal use on company van, limited personal use on company mobile, large company so job is relatively secure.

      Cons

Any career advancements go to managers families. Long hours, low basic wage, constantly sourcing parts due to planning failures, 24 hour call out regularly, work in lots of different uncomfortable environments (hot, cold, rain etc), safety goes out the window when a job needs to be completed. No thank you's or rewards, even when the company is doing financially well, yet managers get bonuses. No work life balance as to make a good wage you have to constantly work.
