    Pros

Excellent benefits (health insurance, 401k), flexible hours

    Cons

If you're looking for career growth and learn stuff that looks good on a resume, this is not the company for you. Your skill set will stagnate as you attempt to navigate the maze of bureaucracy
    at their government contract sites.

    Advice to Management

Do something about the "disconnect", Take the time to know what your employees are doing.

    Pros

During lean times the company does its very best to come through for employees and work with clients to provide accomidations within reason.

    Cons

This is an Alaskan native owned company so much of the corporate culture is directed at shareholders that are seemingly anonymous alaskans that we as employees have zero interaction with.

    Advice to Management

Develop employees so they have the opportunity to work on different contracts and client sites.
