    Pros

    Training is top notch and the instructors really know their machines. Friendly and you can always reach out to them in a pinch, they will respond.

    Cons

    The metrics each technician has to achieve are the same across the country which is wrong. We never made our metrics because Albany, Ny. did not have the mif to support the required numbers. We called our monthly metric reports the "how much we suck cards". Management couldnt have cared less about our input on how to make the territory more efficient which ultimately led to my resignation. Driving too much and not enough machine time. Does not work.

    Advice to Management

    Stop thinking you know it all and LISTEN to your technicians. If our lives are easier, yours will be too.

    Not a lot of work to be had for sales side.
    Company has its fingers in too many items, which results in an unclear company vision.

    Advice to Management

    Segregate the different aspects of the business into clarified divisions.

    Good pay, but only if you're in the "inner circle".

    Promotions are given to those based on relationship, not merit. Too many empty suits at the top.

    Good boss, good work enviorment. Lots of opportunity to grow, free learning programs. Lots of offered skilled training.

    Cons

    Issues with management on Sales side. Sometimes sales side is not in tune with technical side.

    Pros

    Sales training is absolutely the best (small or large company). Large portfolio of solutions. Management great to work with at all levels of the organization. Everyone focused on common goal.

    Cons

    Commission takes time to build depending on territory. Be realistic with what you can afford and give yourself two years to build a reputation in your territory.

    Fantastic co-workers, great working environment with lots of growth opportunity

    Cons

    The only con if you could even call it that is having to cold call for almost all of your prospects but that's a part of the job when you work in outside sales.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees and learn a way to coach your team at an individual basis. (Not all people learn the same way)

    Pros

    Best Products and Solutions in the industry by far.

    Cons

    Big turnover in sales force due to lack of training as well as very poor order processing. It will take a sales rep 2 or more hours to enter every order which takes away from valuable selling time. Need more admin support to better enable the salesforce to do what they were hired to do, sell.

    Advice to Management

    Hire great people and get out of the way.
