    I have been working at Kony full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great culture, smart people, very flexible and evolving company. Fantastic life/work balance.
    I just recently had a full week training that blew my mind away

    Cons

    The only think I could think of as a con is that they don't have a 401 matching plan (yet).

    Pros

    Good area to be;
    Company still has a startup mentality, which makes things easier;
    Company in transition for a more professional management;
    Still the single small company leader in a space dominated by big system integrator

    Cons

    Company in transition means not all manager are in perfect sync - WIP
    Development still lacks in some areas, but there is a clear focus from leadership on addressing these issues (at least now, they acknowledge the issues exists)

    Advice to Management

    Continue to address the issues instead of just ignore them as others did in the past.

    I have been working at Kony full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Industry-leading technology
    Late phase start-up, so not quite as much turmoil as early-phase startups
    Great co-workers
    New PTO policy is fantastic
    Competitive pay, good benefits
    Flexible work schedule/ability to work remotely when necessary
    This is by far the best start-up I've been with

    Cons

    Can be a bit chaotic at times, which demands flexibility
    Processes could be better in some areas (which is admittedly being worked on)
    It's not for everybody

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing

    I have been working at Kony full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I'm coming up on 2 years at Kony and have been able to do more at Kony in 2 years than in the last 10 years at big companies (100,000+ employees).

    Cons

    Because the mobility market is changing so fast, change is constant. We have the best technology, and are frequently adjusting the course of our monetization model.

    Advice to Management

    Simplify how the business operates, and make it easier for customers and partners to team up with Kony for mutual success.

    I have been working at Kony full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Intelligent, passionate, and nice people. Innovative and neat products that are leading the market. HQ located in Austin but does business globally. Nice office. Competitive pay.

    Cons

    There doesn't seen to be enough budget to go around to do everything that I need to get done. I still get a lot done but it would make things so much easier with the appropriate budget and quicker approvals. It takes too long to get something approved.

    Advice to Management

    They have been doing a good job all around. Constantly evolution to improve the company and quality for its employees. I have respect for them.

    I have been working at Kony full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    You get decent salary and opportunity to work on Industry leading platform. They provide work from home options and have average benefits.

    Cons

    No career growth. If you like doing what you are doing for life long, this is a good place for you but don't expect any growth.
    The CEO tells everyone that the company is doing great and we have lots of cash but right after that when there is time for appraisals, everyone is told that the company is doing very bad and no appraisals. Very funny as to how the management changes their message based on what benefits them.
    The management team keeps changing employees to fix low sales challenges but no one realizes that nothing is wrong with people but the core management.
    Look at the number of people left in past 12-24 months and you will know what I am talking about. All the key people were asked to leave because they didn't agree to the inappropriate work the new management was asking them to do.

    Advice to Management

    Value the employees because you are in the management team because of these employees. Also, not just keep saying that we value our employees but show it in action.
