    Pros

    There's no pros during the time I was there.

    Cons

    Location is terrible. Bad management and unprofessional in lots of ways. Working environment has too much foreign language.

    Advice to Management

    Less condescending attitudes, try not to be stupidly stubborn, and don't lie. Give decent pay and respect is the only way to keep talents.

    Changes come around too fast and too soon, constant new procedures and phone plans

    Pros

    - Commission and benefits for part-time was great (at the time)
    - Decent plans, not difficult to sell
    - Emphasis on customer experience

    Cons

    - Extremely high turnover
    - Management was questionable

    Advice to Management

    Take a look at your turnover rates and maybe address what is making that happen.

    Pros

    - Great culture for the smaller Koodo team
    - Generally great people
    - If you don't deal with TELUS, easy to get stuff done

    Cons

    - Lower pay vs industry
    - Some managers (select few) have been hired solely due to experience at company (TELUS) but they are NOT good managers and do NOT fit the previous culture Koodo represented. In my opinion these managers are ruining an otherwise GREAT thing.
    - A lot of red tape/bureaucracy if your role deals with the TELUS side (which more and more roles require)
    - High turnover (both firings and departures). Can't be a good thing. Likely due to the changing management/culture.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure management fits the unique Koodo culture. Cut throat, non-personable managers should have no business there.

    Can not contact. Have to change item that can't be done on line, forget it, your cooked, one phone over a hour.
