    Pros

One of the top banks in Korea.

    Cons

If you are a foreigner, the career development opportunities are extremely low eventhough you can speak Korean language almost perfectly. If you don't speak Korean language perfectly, the career development is barely possible. On the top of that, the offers for foreigners are extremely poor.

    Advice to Management

Please improve your HR system for foreign employees.
