    Nursing staff on the unit are hugely professional, supportive, and team oriented. High level of trust

    Lack of continuity with policies and clear disconnect with hospital executives is frustrating

    Pros

    Nice facility Culture within certain departments is great Good vision/dental plan

    Cons

    Medical insurance is terrible Culture within most departments needs work Overall culture is not great The upper admin making decisions about nursing are never around within the hospital “Financial recovery plan” has cut a lot from staff but “facelift” projects are going on all over the hospital.

    100% remote - this team at least Great people to work with Tuition Assistance

    Cons

    Tight IT budget It's tough to do security in a healthcare environment, because when a life is on the line devices have to work and security can't get in the way.

    Pros

    It is close to home, I get to do mostly the same thing every day, the schedule is reliable and has been flexible as long as we have someone there, and the managment we have had is very compassionate and supportive.

    Cons

    There has been a lot of turnover and not enough communication. It feels a little political and is hard to navigate.

    24 hour schedules decent pay for the area access to resources within hospital

    Cons

    Management is like a mushroom Too heavy at the top Not enough staff to fill positions making it hard on everyone else little room to grow unless you hold a license
